We provide our Website and API services under a "Fair Use" policy. This ensures that our resources remain performant and available for all users of the platform.

Users must not exceed reasonable request volumes. Automated scraping, "crawling," or any activity that puts an excessive load on our servers is strictly prohibited.

Non-Commercial Limitation

Unless explicitly authorized via a commercial license, our API and data are for personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling or redistributing our data is a violation of these terms.

Prohibited Actions

  • Excessive API Calls: Sending a volume of requests that significantly exceeds the average user's behavior or bypasses our rate-limiting protocols.
  • Commercial Exploitation: Using our data, API, or content to build a competing product or to generate direct revenue without a written agreement.
  • System Integrity: Any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system or network.

Note: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to temporarily or permanently throttle, suspend, or terminate access for any user or IP address that demonstrates usage patterns deemed "excessive" or "abusive" to our infrastructure.

6. Prohibited Activities
